If you enjoy eggs of a morning but are short on time or if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast option with macros to suit your lifestyle and goals, Egg Breakfast is for you.
It’s a single serve packet mix that is simple to make and super tasty.
Simply add water, mix and cook for a delicious savoury omelette. One serve of Egg Breakfast packs a whopping 27g of protein and just 2g of fat!

We know how much you all love having eggs for brekky and wanted to make it as simple as can be!
Since we already offer a sweet breakfast option with our Quick Protein Oats, we decided to challenge our R&D Team with creating a savoury instant breakfast product.
So why give it a shot?
- Protein Egg Breakfast takes the time and fuss out of making an omelette from scratch when you’re in a hurry first thing in the morning.
- It has seriously amazing macros which are ideal for any health or fitness goal. 27g of protein and only 2g of fat per serve, it really is unbeatable (pun intended).
What does it taste like?
Like a delicious savoury omelette, basically!
It cooks into a fluffy and light omelette and we’ve included natural seasoning to flavour it as tasty cheese and chives.
Protein Egg Omelette is a real savoury delight.
How do I cook it?
Cooking Egg Breakfast is as easy as can be. Simply add water, mix and cook for a few minutes on the stovetop.
Just combine the contents of the pack with 100ml of water and whisk it up. It’s best to let it stand and thicken before adding it to your non-stick pan.
Once poured in, the omelette will start to bubble. Once the bubbles don’t close over (similar to a pancake), flip one side onto itself and create a half circle (voila omelette shape!). Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the centre to set and then, enjoy!
If you have a little accident when cooking it can very easily become a scramble, it tastes just as great 😉
Only have access to a microwave? No worries. You can still cook Protein Egg Breakfast in your microwave, however, the cooking times will vary and the texture may differ. We’d veer on the side of less time to avoid overcooking.
We recommend enjoying Egg Breakfast while it’s hot and fresh, but if you like to prep ahead for a busy day, they can keep it for 1-2 days in the fridge.
If you can dream it, you can add it.
We love adding in extra veggies like tomato, spinach and capsicum for extra flavour and vitamins.
You can also include your favourite protein source too such as bacon, ham or even cheese. Experiment with it and see which combination you like best.
If you decide to add in other toppings simply allow the omelette to cook for 1 minute on the pan before adding them on top.
