And here’s a great recipe to get you started. This White Chocolate And Coconut Hemp Smoothie tastes amazing and has the added health benefits of omega fatty acids and fibre from hemp.


  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients Natural Hemp Protein
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate – melted


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
