At Bulk HQ, we love indulging in a steaming hot Vanilla Chai Whey Hot of an afternoon. It’s the ultimate pick up.
But sometimes it’s just not quite enough. But this Vanilla Chai Smoothie adds a bit of extra bulk to it.
We’re talking fresh banana, creamy chai and a sweet hint of honey. Give it a go.
- 200ml milk of choice – we used almond milk
- 1 scoop Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons Bulk Nutrients Whey Hot in Vanilla Chai
- 1/2 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Green Fusion
- 2 dates
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- *Optional toppings: 3 raspberries and cacao nibs
- Place all ingredients but toppings in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into your choice of glass and top with raspberries and cacao nibs.
- Best enjoyed immediately.
