We know the festive season can be a busy time. That’s why these Limited Edition Oats are such a great idea!
Four ingredients, two minutes of prep time the night before and you have yourself a tasty breakfast ready to go in the morning.
That’ll take a bit of the stress out of the silly season!
- 4 scoops (120g) Bulk Nutrients Quick Protein Oats in Limited Edition Vanilla Honey flavour
- 100ml water
- 100ml milk of choice – we used almond
- 80g strawberry yogurt – we used Chobani
- Banana for the top
- Combine water, milk, yogurt and Quick Protein Oats in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Pour into a jar or bowl, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning place chopped banana and nuts on the top if desired.
