    I’ve used this product 3 times and so far I’m so happy to get what feels like excellent sleep and feeling great the day after. My question is about the cycling. Would it be most beneficial taken on the night following a big training day (legs / dead’s etc), or the day before or another option??

    And if highest intensity or volume sessions are mon, wed, fri when would it be best utilised.

    Same question for a mon, tues, Thu,Fri split??

      Hey Joe, great question. In short, using the night before those big training days would work best – goal would be to get a great sleep & be most refreshed before your toughest training days when you need to be at your peak – let us know how you go!
