Tomorrow marks the start of the silly season and we’re celebrating all things festive by doing what we do best… Eating.

We’ve seen many up and coming Advent Calendars spring into the market this year. Everything from wine, to cheese and gin. But we’re yet to see this one…

Introducing the Bulk Nutrients Protein Ball Advent Calendar.

How does one Protein Ball a day, every day until Christmas sound? It sounds like the ideal Advent Calendar to us.

Here’s how you can make your very own.

Making our Protein Ball Advent Calendar

Below we have five recipes for five amazingly festive Protein Balls. Each recipe makes two balls. One for you and one for your gym bestie.

To keep things fresh, you’ll need to recreate these recipes every five days… Or you can increase the ingredients five fold on each recipe and freeze the balls needed for later in the month. Your choice!

To create the cardboard frame, follow these instructions.

Once you’ve created your first five balls. Pop them into the first five days of your two Advent Calendars and shut the doors. Don’t forget to number the doors. Store your Advent Calendars in the fridge.

You’ll need to repeat this process every five days to keep things fresh!
