Switch up your usual Peanut Butter for this Banana Bread Spread!
Are you tired of the usual Peanut Butter, Jam or Honey?
This week Clean Treats has made for us a tasty new spread loaded with protein and healthy fats.
If you love Banana Bread, but have strict macros to stick to, this is the perfect solution!
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI or WPC in Banana
- 20g pecans
- 20g walnuts
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut or almond milk
- 40g soaked (and drained) dates or prunes
- Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well combined.
- Store in the fridge until ready to use.
