Hey there!

This week on Stupid Questions we’re talking nutrition.

From mass eating to sourcing Paleolithic food, we’ve got it all covered. All you have to do is sit back, relax and let the information flow.

First up is Patrick who is concerned about losing gainz by dropping a meal…

Will I lose all my gains if I drop my 10th meal?

Your 10th meal? Mate that’s crazy!

Wanna give us a low down on your macros? Because we’ve gotta say that sounds a little out of hand.

Have you been watching too many Rich Piana YouTube videos? This really sounds like something he’d endorse. Ten meals a day or you’re weak right? 😉

You must be a total beast, Patrick!

We’d hate to know how many hours are spent meal prepping at your place. Your dishwasher must be permanently going just to keep up with the endless meal prep containers needing to be washed.

Are these full-sized meals or snacks? Because at the moment we can’t see you as being able to easily move from the couch at ten meals a day, especially if they’re decent sized meals.

However, if you do drop meal number ten you’ll likely lose some gains… Fat gains!

Ooh is that a bit harsh? Sorry!

We’d recommend dropping perhaps a few meals (but gradually if your body is used to ten).

We can almost feel Rich Piana breathing down our necks to tell us it’s wrong, but here at Bulk HQ, we are all for eat clean and train mean and we aren’t so sure ten meals fits into our idea of a healthy meal plan…

Whatever you decide we wish you luck Patrick. And just for sending in your question you’ve scored yourself a bag of your favourite protein!

Next up is Chrissy, with a fruity dilemma…

Does your Apple and Raspberry BCAA’s contain real apple? I have fructose malabsorption so apples can be a real pain in the butt, if you know what I mean 😉

Chrissy Chrissy, that fructose malabsorption thing sounds like a serious pain in the proverbial.

We are quite happy to inform you that our BCAA Recovery Apple Raspberry doesn’t contain real apple but a mere flavouring. This is good news for your rear issue!

So go right ahead and stock up on our BCAA Recovery, it sure is tasty.

Hopefully, the sweet Apple Raspberry flavouring satisfies your appetite for apples and doesn’t fuel your desire for the real thing… We sure don’t want to make your cravings for the dreaded apple even worse!

However you choose, you can rest assured that our BCAA’s won’t cause you any discomfort from the behind.

Finally, we have Stacey who is fully committed to eating Paleo…

I can’t get my hands on any dino meat for the caveman diet. Will any reptile meat suffice?

We weren’t aware that the caveman diet required dinosaur meat? As by the Paleolithic era dinosaurs were extinct, weren’t they?

I mean, we could be wrong, but we’re pretty sure those cavemen didn’t live alongside dinosaurs.

Even children’s educational resources affirm that dinosaurs weren’t around at the same time as cavemen and that they were long gone.

Anyway, you’ve got us off track Stacey and we can’t stop thinking about dinosaurs.

But from our understanding, cavemen ate whatever they could get their hands on. From grubs and insects to wild animals. So, go for your life Stace! You could have grasshoppers, wallaby or fish. Whatever your heart desires.

You probably don’t have to go far to find something wild enough. Your backyard might suffice.

That’s all we’ve got time for this week folks!

To the Feller who’s after the Dino meat,it has been known for years that Dinosaurs are more closely related to Birds…rather than Reptiles. So you have no further to look than Chicken…& lots of it! Bon Appetit!
