- 1/2 banana
- 1 (30g) scoop Bulk Nutrients WPI in Vanilla
- 1-2 drops Kays Essential Oils in Cinnamon Bark
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Pic’s Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon maple
