A creamy, refreshing ice cream spider

Here it is… The recipe you’ve all been waiting for using our latest and most innovative product yet – Future Whey!

Do you love a good, old-fashioned ice cream spider?

This one is loaded with protein from both our Future Whey and protein ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 serve (25g) Bulk Nutrients Future Whey in Cola or Lemonade
  • 250ml soda water or flat water made fizzy using a Soda Stream
  • 100ml flat water
  • 1 scoop protein ice cream – see recipe here * we removed the cocoa and used vanilla protein to make it vanilla ice cream.

 

Directions

  1. Place 1 scoop of protein ice cream in the base of a tall glass. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker place one serve of Future Whey and approximately 100ml of flat water. Shake until smooth.
  3. Remove lid and add soda water. Stir gently.
  4. Pour Future Whey mix slowly over protein ice cream.
  5. Consume immediately.
