Change it up day to day by adding different fruits like frozen raspberries or sprinkling nuts and seeds on top for a crunch.
- 1 serve Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- 1 cup milk and/or water
- ½-1 banana>
- Combine oats and water or milk. The mix should be quite runny as this will absorb as it rests.
- Slice banana and mix in.
- Pour into a jar or bowl and place in the fridge overnight or a for a minimum of two hours.
